Credit Cards
You may use our website to conveniently order using your credit card. Click "Add to Cart" on the product you want and after your products are selected, choose domestic (USA) or international shipping, then click checkout. Scroll to the bottom left where it says "Use your Credit Card" and click "continue." Fill in your information and then confirm your order. We are not able to accept credit cards over the phone.

Purchase Orders
Approved companies may email purchase orders to
sales@lifespantech.com, or fax them to 1-801-464-6116

Prepaying
We do require that most customers prepay for their orders if they are not using a credit card. Contact us by email or fax to give us your order. Find contact info here. We will send an estimate including our banking information so that you may remit funds.

Shipping
We ship by FedEx and prefer to have your account number for the shipping charges. If you do not have a FedEx account, we will estimate shipping charges for you.

Handling
Shipments are made in coolers and with blue ice.
All orders are charged $30

Bulk Orders
We offer several bulk shipping options to reduce environmental impact and to lower your shipping costs:
If you order in multiples of 5, we can ship in a 5X box.
We can ship your kits in zipper lock bags, thus totally eliminating any boxes.
If you are ordering in large quantity, we are able to ship in bulk volume bottles as opposed to single use vials.
