Credit Cards
You may use our website to conveniently order using your credit card. Click "Add to Cart" on the product you want and after your products are selected, choose domestic (USA) or international shipping, then click checkout. Scroll to the bottom left where it says "Use your Credit Card" and click "continue." Fill in your information and then confirm your order. We are also able to process credit cards submitted on faxed or emailed orders.

Purchase Orders
Approved companies may email purchase orders to
sales@lifespantech.com, or fax them to 1-801-464-6116

Prepaying
We do require that most international customers prepay for their orders if they are not using a credit card. Contact us by email or fax to give us your order. Find contact info here. We will send an estimate including our banking information so that you may remit funds.

Shipping
We ship by FedEx and can ship on your FedEx account or Lifespan's. Please notate your preference on your order.

Handling
Shipments are made in coolers and with blue ice.
All orders are charged $30
PayPal orders will have a $35 handling fee.
